The cycle starts the moment the door closes. Rotating upper and lower wash arms reach every corner of the rack, and two minutes later the next one goes in. Nothing to set and nothing to remember: a cycle that simple has less to go wrong, night after night.
Glasswashers

Glasswashers built around glassware, in the same stainless build as the dishwashers. Rotating upper and lower wash arms reach every glass in the rack, so each one comes out clear and ready to use, shift after shift.
Passthrough dishwashers
1,000 dishes an hour.Cycles from one minute.
For kitchens where the racks never stop coming: a hood-type passthrough in stainless steel, for plates, cutlery and utensils, with four programmes from one minute to three and a tank filter built in. The panel shows tank and boiler temperatures and reports a fault by its code, so nobody has to guess.
Made to be kept, not replaced.
A Lavaro is built in 304 stainless steel, body and heaters, with the working parts built in rather than added on. Made to run all day, be cleaned down in minutes, and do the same again tomorrow.

Plates, glasses, cutlery and trays each wash best in their own basket. Ours are heavy-duty polypropylene, resistant to heat and chemicals, that take cycle after cycle without warping, cracking or discolouring. The stand is stainless steel, like the machines.
